Mallinath Group was established in 1989, headquartered in Bangalore, India; comprising of, Karneet Enterprises (India) Private Ltd., Karneet Global DMCC, Mangalam Enterprises, and Subhash Charitable Foundation; offering two major activities.

Marketing of chemicals, fertilizers, Oils and fats
As a marketing company of chemicals and fertilizers, for some of the best global manufacturers, we implement customized marketing models for our principals who are looking to position their products in India and other geographies; and providing value added services to our customers.

BPO services in accounting, warehousing, and logistics
With a well-defined set of processes, customized with statutory compliance kept in mind, bringing in our expertise in GAAP, you can be sure that your accounting needs are well taken care of, and we can be the a source that could value-add to your business.

The business has been growing steadily and today we have our presence across India, the Middle East and Africa; as part of our global aspirations. With an employee base of over 120 today, and with an infrastructure of over 115000sq  ft. and transactions of material movement valued over USD 380 Million, we are looking to grow further in these business lines for our principals and clients.

The main highlight of this new approach and business strategy is that we would like to transform our business relationships to become “Your Trusted Partner” This means that all the activities and tasks that my team does would look at building the steps towards becoming an organization that all our stakeholders can trust; and trust us to the extent of treating us like a partner. We believe that we can and will do what it takes to get us that status with all our stakeholders; like understanding the business of our stakeholders a lot better so that we can add value in the business that we do; build our own people to deliver to this level of expectations; besides bringing the globally accepted best practices into our regular business offering to all our clients.

With a clear vision of “Our business is to make your business effective” we are committed to ensuring that we focus on our vision. The way we shall strive towards our vision is to be governed by our guiding values.

What I realize is that we perhaps have been following these values in some way, but we are now raising the bar, so that we let these values consciously govern all our actions.

I would like to extend my gratitude for the support that we have received from our Principals, Customers and all other stakeholders, which has been the driver for our growth story. And with this continued commitment and support from Principals, Customers, and my team; I am confident that we shall soon get to the Mallinath 2.0; and we may soon have to then craft the next version of our plan.
