Established in 1984, ANSAC is supplied by four soda ash manufacturers in the United States:

Each of these companies, which produce the highest quality soda ash have committed to ANSAC for export sale to the overseas destinations which it serves. Product is sourced through five plants operating from the Green River Basin of Wyoming - the greatest single resource for high quality natural trona in the world. With a trona stockpile estimated at 100 billion tons, supply from the Green River Basin is guaranteed for many years into the future.
