Grasim Industries limited (GIL) is a major company of Aditya Birla Group. It comprises of Viscose Staple Fiber, Cement, Chemicals, Sponge Iron and Textiles. Cement forms the major product of GIL, it is the largest producer of Grey Cement in India. Karneet Enterprises (I) Pvt Ltd., operates as C&F Agents for Grasim Industries Ltd (Grey Cement Division) for Bangalore city, Bangalore rural and Districts of Hassan, Tumkur & Kolar.

Company provides Accounting, Warehousing and logistics services to GIL. Major activities as C&F Agents for GIL includes:

  
     
 
  • Receiving dispatch orders from GIL and execution of orders of parties.
  • Arranging dispatch of goods as per the directions of GIL by engaging transport through the authorized transporters of the GIL.
  • Customer Credit control.
  • Custodian of customers’ cheques and deposit as per the directions of customers.
  • Bank reconciliation and Debtors reconciliation.
  • Distribution of stocks to customers based on the approved targets.
  • Preperation and Despatch of Invoices to respective customers.
  • Maintaining records of the receipt and dispatch of goods and the stock available at various godowns (warehouse)
  • Custodian of stock lying at Various Godowns (Warehouse)
  • Providing data for conducting auditing.
  
  Complete operations of Accounting and logistics are managed by ERP Package / Enterprise Software Application “SAP- Materials Management Module” this helps in automated supply chain operations relating to Logistics. With this complete operations should be online and up-to-date.  
 
Company has provided a trained team combined with competency and hard working to meet the requirements of GIL. As the operations are done online they are also trained to cope up and work under pressure.
  
  Company provides round the clock dispatch services to GIL at various godowns.
